From a young age, I felt a calling to serve others. This innate sense of empathy and compassion led me to pursue a career in social work and mental health, where I could combine my natural abilities with professional expertise to effect meaningful change. After obtaining my Bachelor's degree in Social Work, I further honed my skills and knowledge by pursuing a Masters degree as a social worker..

With a solid educational foundation and a strong desire to make a difference, I embarked on my journey as a social worker. I have gained extensive experience working in diverse settings, including inpatient and outpatient settings. Throughout my career, I have worked tirelessly to address the complex issues faced by individuals, often advocating for their rights and well-being.

I specialize in empowering my clients aged 18 and older to overcome stress, anxiety, depression, chronic pain, and life transitions by utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I have the ability to connect with people from all walks of life, irrespective of their age, gender, or cultural background, which is truly remarkable. I possess a unique gift of listening intently, creating a safe and non-judgmental space for individuals to share their stories, fears, and aspirations. By utilizing evidence-based practices and employing a holistic approach, I help individuals identify their strengths and develop coping mechanisms to overcome challenges. I firmly believe in empowering my clients by equipping them with the necessary tools to take charge of their lives and foster positive change.
