Meet Kelly
Kelly is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker practicing as a mental health therapist and coach. She has a natural ability to motivate people by providing a caring and nurturing environment. She has worked with many individuals to assist them in tuning into their inner voice, cultivating self-love, and making time for self-care so that they can live their best lives. She also brings a healing presence to her work through compassion, empathy, deep listening and communication skills, as well as her training in mental health and mindfulness.

I'm Glad You Are Here
God's divine power has led you here to embark on your healing journey. I am honored to have been chosen by God to help you and many others who are battling mental health and various other issues. I am passionate about empowering and encouraging you to utilize your strengths to take back your life and live on purpose.
As your therapist, I would like to say I hear you and I congratulate you on taking the first step of seeking help, which speaks volumes. I know it can be quite intimidating, that is why it is my mission to simply provide you with the wellness education, tools, and resources that you need to feel happy, healthy, and capable of managing life’s pressures.
As a result of my work in mental health, I have learned many strategies and tools to help you manage symptoms stemming from anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues. I am someone who genuinely cares for you, your healing and overall well-being. My goal is to create a safe space for you to heal, reconnect with yourself and grow. Through utilizing a Cognitive Behavioral Approach, you will be equipped with the skills and strategies you need to manage your thoughts, feelings and emotions, which will ultimately result in living a life that was designed just for you.
